In the Eyes of a Bathroom Scale I would say get off me if I could, you weigh, well let’s just say, your weight is a little higher than most that I meet. I hope you can see over your belly to see my display panel. I am the carnival barker, here to determine if I can guess your weight correctly. So far, I have never failed, and no one has ever won a prize. I hope you can take the truth, if not, please get off me.

In Eyes of a Mirror Look at me to look at you, like having double vision, you seeing me, you seeing you. Is it beauty that you see, or is it ugly at its best? I see only what you show me, and return what I see. I have no opinion, and only report the truth, that which you cannot hide.

In the Eyes of a Toilet

I am probably the most abused one in the house,

someone always dumping on me, or taking a leak,

but I guess that is why I am here,

taking all your crap.

Leave the seat up, leave the seat down.

Personally, I have no problem with either way.

but do me a favor, don’t forget to flush,

and have some manners once in your lifetime

and clean me up every once in awhile,

after all, I like hygiene as well as the next one.
